1. Function:
l This maintenance machine is designed to brush the turf in dry and wet conditions for the maintenance of the field.
l The main purpose is to brush up the grass fibers and to divide the infill equally over the playing field, this for improved appearance and performance.
- 2. Structure:
l It consists of three major parts: shell, repelling engine and roller, with the shell protecting the whole machine. The engine is placed in ax vacuum cavity inside the shell, with the roller fixed on the open rear part. Altogether three wheels, one in the front and the other two in the rear functioning to adjusting the depth in which roller and grass interact. A handle is connected with the front wheel to direct the raking path.
l The broom is powered by a 3KW engine. The engines is powered by 380V, optional 220 V or diesel fuel.
l The roller is made up by strong nylon fibers.
- 3. Security and maintenance:
l An electricity leakage proof unit is fixed on the input hole.
l Pay attention to the electricity cable in order to prevent short out in the case it is messed up when the machine is raking.
l Put on glasses to prevent any foreign sand grain jumping into eyes.
l Clean the roller and check the fixture of the joints.
l Annual cleaning and lubricating of the engine, reduction gear, axle bearing and chain is preferred.
