small. The slag viscosity is moderate. It can be used freely. The slag is easy to clean. The welded
seam is smooth and fine and easy to restrike the arc

2, Available size: 2.5mm x 300/350mm;3.2mm x 350mm;4.0mm x 400mm; 5.0mm x 500mm
3, Chemical Composition: C ≤0.12, Mn 0.30--0.60, Si≤0.35, S≤0.035, P≤0.040
4, It is suitable for all position welding of steel sheets and irregular joints even under unfavorable
conditions.
5, It has excellent welding technological performances
6, The arc is stable and the spatter loss is negligible
7, The slag is fluid and when hardened it is compact and easy to remove
8, It is better for welding structures of steel sheets. Vehicles, buildings, machinery-manufacture,
vessels and various structures of low carbon steel
9, Packing in 2.5kg or 5kg as one box, 20kg per one carton
Application Of Welding Electrodes
Used for welding in all position, it has excellent weldability and is suitable for welding low carbon
steel light-gauge sheet or light structrues where beautiful bead apperance is requested. such as
vehicles,building and mechinery etc.

Electric Shock can kill. Do not permit electrically live parts or electrodes to contact skin, clothing
or gloves if they are wet. Insulateyourself from work and ground.
Fumes and Gases can be dangerous to your health. Keep fumes and gases away from your
breathing zone and general area. Keep your head out of fumes... Use enough ventilation or exhaust
at the arc or both.
Arc Rays can injure eyes and barn skin. Wear correct eye, ear. And body protection.
