The suspension spindle registered trademarks are KHK and CF-KHK.
The suspension spindles have two main applications:
1.To change roving depending on the stretching and retraction of support chips
2.To guarantee the normal rotation in the process of spinning depending on the appropriate and stable traction of suspension spindles. (The excessive traction will stretch the roving and the roving will be retreated and fall if the traction is too small).
KHK-A suspension spindle support chip working process: The support chip is moving through the ratchet wheel and pallet structures. The ratchet wheel is installed on the movement which is pushed by the holders and brings ratchet wheel to move upwards and downwards. The pallet is a spring steel slice of special shape. It is fixed beside the movement and will support the low efficiency ratchet wheel when the movement is moving upwards and downwards, making the ratchet wheel rotate 90°. The movement circulates to upper and lower positions interactively. When it is in the upper position, the support chip is retracted; when it is in the lower position, the support chip is stretched. The reliability of the action is guaranteed by the ratchet wheel and pallet. The ratchet wheel is pressed by the spring steel slice to keep it in control. This transmission mechanism, reliable and durable, reduces the possibility of difference.
KHK-A suspension spindle traction control mode: The suspension spindle traction is exerted by the damping spring to the damping gasket, making the suspension spindles produce damping friction (traction) during rotation. We adjust the suspension spindle traction through the deformation distance of spring which is adjusted into four levels by the tension cap and tension disk. Appropriate traction shall be selected according to different spinning requirements to ensure the roving produce no accidental stretching in the process of stretching and avoid too fast retreating.
Compared with the original suspension spindles, KHK-A suspension spindles have the following advantages: accurate action, appropriate traction, reliability and durability.
