High Voltage 6KV or 10KV Slip Ring Motor
The YR series of high-voltage 6kV, 10kV slip-ring three-phase asynchronous motors using the latest design technology to produce the products. Protection class IP23 (see GB4942.1), cooling method IC01 (see GB/T1993).
This series motor is efficient, energy-saving, noise, vibration, small size, light weight, reliable performance, easy installation and maintenance features, and has good insulating properties and moisture resistance. 6kV, 10kV grid can be used directly, without intermediate transformer equipment.
The motors of this series can be provided in a smaller starting current, to provide a larger starting torque and speed can be adjusted within a certain range, It can be widely used: (1) greater than the squirrel cage rotor motor starting torque; (2) feed line capacity is not sufficient to start squirrel-cage rotor motor; (3) frequent start-up time is longer and start; (4) need a small range of speed control; (5) together into electrical axis for synchronous transmission and other occasions. Example: winch, hoist, wire drawing machine, compressor, ball mill, squeezed sugar machine, winches, transmission with heavy load starting, short-term load operation of machinery and equipment.
The series motor structure and mounting IMB3, fixed in continuous working (S1) for the continuous rating of the benchmark. The rated frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage 6kV, 10kV, as users have special requirements in order to mutually agreed.
