Application:
JZS black motor oil bleaching purifier is a new engine (motor) oil regeneration system. it combined the vacuum filtration system and the chemical renew method,fast and efficient improve the waste oil's performance.
JZS series is mainly used in waste engine (motor) oil regenerating,can effective separate water, gas, particles, deeply oxides, free carbon, colloid, asphalt and wax from oil, and the chemical bleaching system making black engine oil become transparent golden color.
As the JZS motor oil purifier has the functions of dewatering, degassing, decolor, it Improved the engine oil’s properties, restored the oil’s performance and lowered wear to ensure the engine can work normally and safely, prolonging the engine and engine oil lifetime.
Features:
- Use of special chemicals to eliminate oil-ion’s charge polarity, collecting oil-ions and separating out them, removing colloid, asphalt and other chemical compounds.
- Gas treatment device combined with air filter and vacuum degassing, dewatering to remove the odor and water.
- Closed type filtering system use stainless steel mesh, reliable, no pollution. Two filtering units can realize continuous production.
- Vacuum degassing, dewatering, removing particles make sure effectively improve oil properties, restoring oil performance.
