Online Turbine Oil Cleaning System
Application:
TY turbine oil filtration machine adopts heating, water separating, precise filtering and vacuum dehydration, the capacity between 600 liters and 20000 liters per hour. Meanwhile, the machine also can run on-site.
During running of turbines, the lube oil is contaminated easily, the bad characteristics of oil make the performance of equipments breakdown often, maintenance cost of equipment is much more higher than hydraulic recycling processing. The turbine oil filtration machine mainly remove water, gas and contaminants dissolved in oil, increase the efficiency of equipment and reduce cost.
Features:
1. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technology.
2.Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, equips with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
3.Special polymer materials as filter medium with the functions of broken emulsion, dewatering, removing particles
4. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
5. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
6. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
7. Work online with stream turbine, hydraulic turbine.
8. It can purify low viscosity hydraulic oil and lube oil.
