NAKIN oil purifier company has adopted international advanced Coalescence-Separation oil purifier dehydration technology and developed TJ series Coalescence-separation oil purifier. It is integrated precise filtration with high-efficiency dehydration as a whole, which can effectively remove the particle contaminant, dissolved water, free water in the oil to reach filtration precision. The machine can be operated without stopping and person on the worksite; it has got the unique advantage compared with other purifiers such as press type, centrifuge type and vacuum oil purifier.
Outstanding features:
1. Eliminate the emulsification structure in the oil effectively.
2. Remove the free water in the oil, which can make the water content less than 100PPM after treatment.
3. Filter the solid granule in the oil, which can make the cleanness grade reach NAS6 or higher
4. Integrate precise filtration with high-efficiency dehydration as a whole.
5. With high filtration precision and large pollutant containing capacity, the filter element has got long life span and high-efficiency dehydration function.
6. No vacuum heating and high-speed centrifugation, the running cost is low.
