TYK Phosphate ester fire-resistant oil purifier
Application:
The purifier is a new generation vacuum oil filtration machine which designed for treating the phosphate ester fire-resistant oil. It utilizes dewatering and degassing technologies such as anti-corrosion, anti-aggregation, anti-transformation, vacuum dehydration and flash evaporation, which not only speedily removes the free water in oil, but also intensively removes the dissolved water and gas from fire-resistant oil. The phosphate eater fire-resistant oil filtration device applies new absorptive materials, which can effectively absorb the impurity substance and eliminate the acid material from the oil, as well as inhibiting the generating of new acid during the processing system. The oil filtration device’s body is made of acid resistant stainless steel, which is specially used for the treatment and regeneration of fire-resistant oil in the large or medium-sized thermoelectric generator governing system.
Features:
1. Apply large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in oil, such as water, acid and gas.
2. The stage-to-stage filter s made of new composite materials, which can remove large amount of impurities in oil and realize the precision oil filtration.
3. Utilize new absorptive materials, which can effectively absorb the impurity substance and eliminate the acid material from the oil, as well as inhibiting the generating of new acid during the processing system.
4. Acid resistant stainless steel machine body, which is compatible with fire-resistant oil.
5. Remove the free water in the oil, which can make the water content less than 5 PPM after treatment.
6. Oil pump, heater combined with the liquid level sensor, composed interlocked protective system, ensure oil filtration device normally operation.
Advantage
After purification by this machine, the phosphate ester fire-resistant hydraulic oil has small water content and few impurities so as to be repeatedly used in various high-precision hydraulic equipments
