The MG100/111-TD thin seam A.C. power chain-hauled shearer is the frequency conversion velocity modulation electricity which researches and develops on the basis of MG100-T shearer.
The MG100/111-TD thin seam A.C. power chain-hauled shearer, it mainly consist of cutting and hauling two major parts . The motor capacity of cutting part is 100KW, and in hauling part is 11KW. The total installed capacity is 111KW. In hauling part the motor be transverse arranged, the electrical machinery controlling system has introduced the SPWM frequency conversion velocity modulation technology, enabled shearer to be allowed to act according to the anthrax degree of hardness, the movement resistance to adjust the speed automatically ,so that to realized the best operation effect , to adapt the requirement of the working face , easy to control and operation , realized the hauling with stepless speed regulation , to get the stronger towing power.
