HY-E150 high quality 150W CO2 laser tube power supply for long life EFR CO2 laser tube
HY-E150 power supply for CO2 laser tube adopts zero-current half-bridge soft-switch circuit to ensure the equipment has the following advantages of high efficiency, rapid response speed and simple control port, and, applicable to high/low level signal. TTL level is to control the on/off of the laser with an anomalistic protective switch to check water-flow, ventilation, etc.
Adjust the power: Input analog signal(0~5V) or PWM to control the output power.
Aging check before consignment
Each power supply before selling will go through the aging check:
(1) sustain 10 hours at temperature 65 ℃ under full-load condition;
(2) 300 times on/off check for 7 seconds.
Characteristic of HY-E150 power supply:
(1) Excellent compatibility;
(2) To lengthen the service life of the tube;
(3) The feedback port in the power supply will be used for closed-loop control and operating current checking;
(4) Open power protection in the power supply has these functions: the power supply can work for a short time in the state of open circuit while the case touches the ground well so as to avoid damage to the machine, and finally to lengthen the service life of the power supply.

2. High Voltage Power Supply: Input AC 220V or AC 110V Voltage ,Max output DC 50KV.

4. This Power Supply has the” TEST” button which can test output laser manually.
The Laser Power Supply has output open circuit protection. when the earth connection is under good situation, Power can be short time work in open state, it Can avoid the laser tube burst damage caused by laser power supply, prolong the EFR laser tube's service life.
2. This Laser power supply has TTL signal indication, water through signal indication and laser output indication.
3. The power has feedback interface, can be used for closed-loop control, also can be used for testing the laser tube working current.
It can quickly judge laser tube is damaged or laser power supply is damaged at the scene, greatly facilitate the on-site maintenance.
