A:For most products, the quality samples are free of charge by freight collection.

But for the expensive items and OEM samples, PLS check the exact cost with us separately.

2.What’s the production time?

A: For most items, the production time is 30-40 days after order confirmation or deposit except CNY holidays.

3.How to deliver the products?

A: For normal orders, we arrange the shipment by sea .

For urgent orders, it can be air freight.

But for very small order , we suggest to deliver the products by international courier, such as DHL, UPS,TNT and so on.

4.What’s the usual port ?

A: We suggest the port of NINGBO or  SHANGHAI !

5.What’s the payment terms ?
