Product description:
13 Gauge grey Chineema&lycra fiber mixed seamless glove,with black PU coating on the palm and fingers.
Features:
• The cut resistance has a tensile strength 15 times that of steel (on a weight for weight basis),
• Integrated nylon and Lycra fibers add comfort and elasticity
• It can be washed and reused without any loss in protection, This greatly increases the life cycle of gloves and lowers employers' costs dramatically.
• It in extremely resistance to abrasion, moisture, UV rays and chemicals.
• Cut resistance fiber is very soft and it adapts to the temperature of the skin. This minimizes perspiration by transporting moisture to the exterior of the gloves.
•gloves have a yarn structure that contains an optimal rate of HDPE/HPPE. This offers high levels of cut resistance, for a safe use in controlling, handling and assembly applications involving contacts with sharp pieces.
• The specific formulation of the polyurethane dipping provides a secure grip on dry or slightly oily pieces.
• The PU formulation also increases abrasion resistance on the gloves' work surface.

A: We are located in Shangyu Shaoxing Zhejiang province. 1 hour drive from Ningbo and 2 hours from Shanghai.

A: five step to control the quality as below:
1) Incoming Quality Control.
2) after cutting raw material, assembly line staff inspect the cutting material one by one, pick out the bad one.
3) After sewing, assembly line staff check the finished gloves one by one. Pick out the bad one.
4) When packing, assembly line staff check and pick out the bad one.
