How to install the Extra Grip Ice Cleats:

• Make sure the front is facing outwards.
• Hook the front of your Extra grip cleat over the toe of your shoe.
• Stretch to the back of your shoe and cover the heel.
• Check the rubber is securely fitted over the sides of your shoe.
