Production description:
It is a kind of crowbar or lever with a projection that serves as a fulcrum. It is also called ripping bar or wrecking bar.
Material & Shape:
They can be made from railway steel or 45# steel, both forged.And they can be round, hexangular,octagonal as you like.
Finishing:
Forged- hardened- grinded- painted, Painted color can be done as you need based on the pantone number, black and red are the popular one.
Sizes and Specification:
We can make them to the length you need, such as 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm and so on.The diameter can be 20mm, 25mm, 30mm and special size as customer needs.
And customer drawings will be okay for us to make these items.
Marking and Packing:
We can laser, etch, and stamp the logo and info on the bars as customer need.
And we pack each with a plastic bag, and 2pcs packed in one woven bags ( the normal one), and then into steel pallet. We can also pack them in cartons if customer need though it will add cost.
