We are located in the east part of China, where we have seperate offices/showrooms/warehouses both in Ningbo and Yiwu. Ningbo business is mainly for fty direct products and yiwu business is mainly for yiwu market agent business.
Our product range is mainly for house ware, such as home textile/kitchen ware/bathroom items/hardware/stationery/party items/toys/gifts/bags/outer products etc. We are running more than 100K items, to be honest. Our price range is between usd0.10 and usd10.0
Both in Ningbo and yiwu, we have our own sourcing team (15 sourcer in Ningbo and 25 sourcer in Yiwu) and designer department (8 designers in each offices) where we also hold our own professional QC team (5 QC in Ningbo and 10 QC in Yiwu).
I would like to introduce a little about the way we work in yiwu.
Market Union's yiwu agent business is the largest in Yiwu, we ship 120 million usd in 2011 which covering all the product range. We have our own 5000M2 warehouse/2000M2 offices and 2000M2 showrooms in yiwu. Our commision for yiwu business is 2% of the container value. Below is the main way how we work.
1. Issue China business Invitation letter.
2. Air ticket booking, hotel reservation, native language arrangement and etc in advance.
3. Arport pickup from yiwu, hangzhou or shanghair airport by safe and confirtable car Buick.
4. Visit yiwu market and write down the products youa re interested in, such as: Booth #, item #, price, specifiation, color, package, packing, cubic and etc. At the same tine take the clear photos all of them. Provide the samples and approval ceritification afterif customer would liek to.
5. Place the orders to shops with photos and specification, follow up order process.
6. Collect goods and do strict inspection in warehouse directly.
7. If have any problem of the goods we contact customer immediately to confirm it or not.
8. Arrange shipment.
9. Cover insurance if necessary.
10. Shipping documents issue.
11. Factory visit appointment.
12. Make test report such as SGS, TUV, and ROHS if necessary.
