Shandong Zhenting Jinggong Piston Co., Ltd, founded in 1998, is a leading manufacturer of piston kit for gasoline and diesel engine, outboard engine, and compressor. Located at the foot of Mount Tai, Shandong, it covers an area of 60000 cubic meter with construction area of 85000 cubic meter .The factory has 3000 employees and more than 60 piston production lines with an annual capacity of 50 million pistons. 1998: Purchase the first piston production line on July 1st
2000: Establish long-term relationship with Chongqing Zongshen Motorcycle Company. Increase production lines to 5 with yearly capacity of 3 million pieces
2001: Pass ISO9001:2000 certification in April
2002: Increase production lines to 10 with yearly capacity of 5 million pieces
2004: Listed as global supplier by Italian Piaggio for cooperation with Chongqing Zongshen Piaggio to research and develop BYQ series
2005: Be the sole supplier of American M Company to research and develop 1P series for general machine. Increase production lines to 22 with yearly capacity of 10 million pieces
2006: Make up the U shape production line with self-designed casting machine .Pass the TS16949:2002 certification.
2007: Purchase die casting machines and sign a long-term technical cooperation agreement with Kohler USA and Yamaha Japan
2008: Increase employees to 1,500 and 40 CNC machining lines with yearly capacity of 36 million
2009: Set up automatic piston pin production line and improve piston production machines with yearly capacity of 40 million
pieces and overfulfil goals.
2010: Increase employees to 2200 and digital control processing lines to 60 with yearly capacity of 48 million pieces. Invest 2.2
billion RMB to build the comprehensive ten-floor building with R&D, production, office, entertainment.
