*Process Innovation
Two key technologies are adopted in this product. One is ordered arranged diamond welding technology. It forces diamonds evenly distributed in the blade and thus every diamond bears same pressure while cutting. Using this technology will optimize both the service life and cutting ability.
The other advanced technology is skip-block laser welding technology. It minimizes negative effects of plasma generated in the laser welding process.
Benefited from the two technologies, our diamond concrete chain saw has reached global advanced level. The product has been testified by Guangzhou Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.

Diamond concrete chain saw is great for irregular shaped holes or concrete pipe. It saves time, materials and energy and meanwhile reduces noises generated by other cutting tools. It will bring revolutionary impact on road and bridge construction industry.
*Technology Innovation
Diamond concrete chain saw can solve all the shortcomings of circular saw blades. The advantages, for instance, right-angle cutting, irregular cutting, deep cutting, cannot be replaced by other tools currently.

“Development of Diamond Concrete chain saw” project, started from July, 2006, was awarded Innovation Fund for Small Technology-based Firms from the Ministry of Science and Technology.
