 32 punch dies HP-M300 CNC Turret Punch Machine

Features:

1.Punching Subject: the built-in flywheel, crankshaft put in longitudinal, double C frame structure, sliding type strike head and the whole structure adopt Japannese technology 2.Turrent structure: adopt the nodular cast iron to cast into intergral thick turrent mould plate, which can be matched with the standard amada thick turrent moulds.

3.Control system adopt the German Siemens CNC systerm, cooperate with digital AC servo motor, have the advantage of hiah speed and good reliability. the operation is flexible and convinient, which realize the procedure of changing the AutoCAD drawings automatically.

4. Servo motor, linear guide rail, ball screw, coupling and pneumatic components and electrical parts were imported brand, and to ensure the machine precision and stability

5. Control cable using shielded cable, which can effectively prevent interference, have substantial drag chain of protection, prevent oil, waterproof, prevent pollution;

6. High quality stainless steel work platform.

7. Adopts full float type pneumatic clamp, can float, together with sheet and expand processing range, eliminate stamping spare capacity, avoid plank distortion;

8. Using centralized lubricating system, automatic return oil, screw, guides and other major transmission parts are can concentrate lubrication of the equipment, prolong service life.
