Shear cut spiral cutter head. It requires less horsepower, makes smaller chips and less noise than any other type of of cutterheads do. If one knife edge is dull or damaged, just turn it to another edge in seconds and the cutterhead works pefectly as a new one again. This greatly reduces your down time. Replace the inserts only when four edges are dull. You don’t need to replace all the knives as you have to do with the conventional single straight knife. It pays you back in a very short time

* 15x15x2.5mm indexable carbide inserts with 4 radius edges
* Carbide inserts are angled to the center line for true shear cut.
* Smooth surface cut even on knotty or stringy wood.
* Produce small chips for easy dust collection.
* Reduce down time by rotating only damaged or dulled edges.
* Heavy duty cutting and lower hosepower comsumption.
* Minimum noise level, extremely quiet.
* Bore diamter: 30mm to 50mm.
