Using Instruction:
1. Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface when using, hold the sharpener with left hand and hold the knife with right hand.
2. Insert knife blade into the “V” sharpening slot, keep it in the middle.
3. Press down with moderate pressure and pull the knife blade through the sharpening slot from heel to tip.
4. Repeat three or four times until the knife is sharp enough. (Recommended sharpening once a week)
Caution
1. Do not use the knife sharpener to sharpen serrated blades or scissors.
2. To avoid damaging the knife, please sharpen the knife slightly and do not sharpen back and forth.
3. Please put the knife sharpener and knife beyond the reach of children to avoid any accidents.
