Dual layer construction reduces weight while maintaining durability and resistance to warping, splitting, and staining. The cutting board is also double-sided, which helps prevent cross-contamination of different food types. Cutout handle allows for easy food transference and serving from cutting board to plate. Wash thoroughly before first use after each use. Hand wash with warm, soapy water only. For best results, apply a food-grade mineral oil before first use at least once per month. Place only dry cutting boards in cabinet for storage.
