1.DIN925 Serrated Safety Washer is designed to DIN 925.
2.Serrated Satefy Washer is available in two different styles:
S type Light load: Suitable for normal duty, available for screw sizes: M1.6 to M36
VS tyoe Reinforced load: thicker, achieves higher pretension loads,available for screw sizes:M5 to M30
3. Locking effect at the outside diameter ensures the greatest resistance to loosening.
4.Positive locking serrations increase resistance to vibration.
5.Concertric application of force eliminates bending bolts.
6.Sliding surfaces allow tightening with no surface damage.
7.With proper transitional radius between bolt shaft and head there is no splitting when tightening.
8.Suitable for captive fitting on a wide range of bolts.
9.Minimizes stock with universal applications.
