Product Description
1. Single-phase.direct current (DC).portable.fan-cooled.thermostatic protection
2. Suit for Flux(gasless) welding wire and gas MIG/MAG welding wireless.
3. With complete accessories:MIG torch.earth clamp.welding cable.brush/tective mask
4. Optional accessory: regulator
5. Low open circuit loss and has good welding quality.
6. Suitable for MMA welding of low carbon steel and low alloy steel with all kinds of welding rod.
Select the correct amperage for the application. A typical current for ¼-inch plate steel might be 80 A.
Load an electrode in the welding gun and ensure that the electrode clamp is touching the bare metal of the electrode. Turn the welding machine on and make sure you can hear a humming noise from the transformer.
If your welding machine is not getting power, please check the breakers in your circuit box. Welding machines draw a large current, and it's not uncommon to trip a breaker. Some welding machines even require a special circuit with a higher power rating.
