 Q:What is the normal frozen methods?and what is the difference?

A:There are two methods, one is Land frozen(frozen in factory),another is Sea frozen(frozen on board).
These two methods are related by quality of fish, for example,if in winter season,then the different is not so obvious,but in summer,time is the most important,sea frozen fish always better than land frozen,which always displayed by histamine.But land frozen can have been in hand layer and normal layer two states.

Q: How to control the quality of fish?
A:First,we have long term cooperation with many fishing boat,they are required to offer good quality raw materials,Second we have the professional inspector during the collecting of raw materials from port,and moreover, we have our own lab for testing histamine after transport to the factory,these three points make sure our quality of fish.

Q:What is the normal package of fish?
A:There are usually have 2 kinds of package,one is carton,another is woven bag,usually price of woven bag package can be lower than carton.For carton, depend on size of fish,there are 10kg,15kg,for example,if fish size is big like 750g+,1kg+,usually 15kg per carton,others 10kg per carton.
