What is F/I/R Heatzone Heating Film?

F/I/R Heatzone Heating Film is a superior and advanced heating material for floors, ceilings and walls.

Carbon heating element (Electric conductor) and silver paste are printed on PET film of insulation and flame-retardant material, which is to be combined with Laminex Film after making an electrode of copper foil.

Carbon emits heat, far-infrared ray and anion by using an electric resistance. F/I/R Heatzone Heating Film, based on far-infrared radiant heat, gives a longer heating effect than other heating systems. Far-infrared ray and anion are known to effectively suppress odors and growth of germs and boost the metabolism of the human body, not to mention providing a healthier environment.

Electric Wire Connection Method to FIR Heatzone Film

1) Make a hole on the middle of copper foil of FIR Heatzone film with puncher.

2) A hole is made.

3) Insert pressed terminal between the silver booth bar and copper foil.

4) Combine eyelet terminal to pressed terminal through hole.

5) Cap the eyelet terminal.

6) Press all terminals with presser

7) Apply special insulation tape where the wire and film is connected to prevent humidity.

8) Finish electric wire connection

For maximum heating effect, connect electric wires to FIR Heatzone film by parallel and diagonal connection.

Results Of Test

Energy Saving (PTC) heating film shows maximum 23 percents of electricity consumption reduction following surface temperature is changing from 10 Celsius degree to 60 Celsius degree.

Energy Saving (PTC) Heating Film shows not only to save energy effects but also to protect rom partial overheating. So, it shows safer function than normal heating film.
