Control Technique
Control technique of full digital processor “Micom” can maintain the precise RPM reproducibility of high speed rotation
High visibility based on the application of LCD character type display
Entire control part uses the high-speed MICOM of DSP series, realizes the full digitalization, the highly stable velocity control and the control of speed increase & decrease through controlling the ‘PID ' operation
Full digital control part is composed of 2 parts - ‘main controller' and ‘operator’. It applies a designed and developed one board inverter for only centrifuges.
Realization of highly reliable product through the adoption of IPM module used for only a variable frequency inverter, which detects and controls over-current, over-voltage and under-voltage

Motor driving system technology optimized for each rotation level
High Torque AC Induction motor without the brush will extend of life-span of the equipment and maintain lower noise and higher safety
Application of eco-friendly motor without carbon dust
Balance
Balance correction technique without 0.1g balance error of the rotor

SAFETY

To open door promptly when occurs sudden power failure and equipment defects, ‘Emergency Lid Open’ function is applied.
To protect users and rotor from various corrosive liquid using experiments, applies autoclave and corrosion-free rotor.
To ensure the safety of users from the electrical hazards, the fuse interrupt current when electric overload happens. In addition, entire equipment is grounded.
