Our inflatable bounce is suitable for Child Games due to its high flexibility. Among other entertainment facilities, the inflatable bounce  is the only one that can be fixed up without any hard object and prevents the children from injury when having fun on it. The inflatable bounce is nowadays very popular among the kids for smaller venture. With guaranteed safety, the parents can rest assured when their children play it.

Material:

Best material is very important for games. All inflatable games are made by high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. And the material has improved by the SGS.

Stitching:

We double stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress point. Double stitching inside and double stitching outside make sure the inflatables strong enough.

Printing:

We mainly have digital print, silk print and hand painting. We imported the Korean painting machine, it prints quickly and in good quality. The quality of print ink also meets the standard of SGS. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, the liquid protection is also imported. The high level painting makes product will not be sticky and color fade, but sustain a long time.

Blower: 

1. External CE blower spec. 220V, 50HZ, 1.5HP,plug can be customized.

2. External UL blower 110V, 60HZ for USA area, plug can also be customized

Deflation:

We make enough air out zipper for each game according to the requirement of EN14960. So they can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints, and above the zipper, there is a zipper cover by ve lcro material which is help to disperse the zipper's stress. We may also make a inside PVC piece to protect the zipper.

Strong package bags :

We spread air out to help deflation before roll the game, then put a band belt outside to tie it. We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the games to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will paste a mark paper with your order number.
