Professional Fitness Equipment Testing Machine
Our workers must pass an exam to mount guard. The steel pipe they weld should pass the test of the machine (digital display materials testing machine). And the equipments we produce also must pass the test of the machines ( as the picture ) before they are sold in the market. Details:
A. After galvanized, the pipe will be bright,anti-rust and anti-corrosion.
B. The blasting will remove the dirt on the surface of the steel pipe,and leave many small pores on the surface. It makes the pipe have good adhesion and easy to color. Even after a long time, it also won't fade.
C. The pipe will be secondary galvanized after welding, so that we can ensure that the welding is anti-rust and anti-corrosion.
D. The technology we adapt is electrostatic spraying, and the paint material is DUPONT. So the equipment is color uniformity and not easy to fade. (the thickness of the power is 0.1 to 0.15 micron.)
Product Assembly
We use cotton inside, plastic film outside in Standard package way for sea shipping.
