3.Q:What is your minimum order quantity?
A:Our MOQ is 2000pcs/item,if you have confused you can contact with us the moq.
4.Q:What is your payment terms? is L/C at sight workable for you?
A: Our payment terms is as following:
1) order amounts less than US dollars 5,000, our payment terms is 100% payment in advance.
2) order amounts from US dollars 5,000 to 30,000, our payment terms is TT 30%-50% deposit,the rest 50%=70% balance should be paied against copy of B/L.
3) order amounts more than US dollars 30,000, our payment terms can be: TT 30% deposit,the rest balance against copy of B/L ;or 30% T/T deposit,70% irrevocable L/C at sight!
5.Q: can you provide OEM service?
A: yes,of course.
6.Q: Before I place the order to you,can you send me your samples for quality checking?
A:We can send you samples for quality checking,however the buyer have to response the courier charge.
7.Q:What is your price terms?
A:we can provide FOB,CIF,C&F price for your reference.
8.Q: can you provide products secure credit to us which was signatured by China Gov. or the 3rd part office? such as,SGS test report,CCIB test report,low lead & cadmium test report by SGS,Intertek etc?
A:Yes,we can provide the official certificated or test report as you required.
10.Q: what is your delivery time,when I confirm to place order with you?
A:our delivery time is 55 days after pre-prduction samples be approved. And if you are urgent 30-45 days is also acceptalbe.
