-Yes, normally the fees generated hereby shall be born by you. If we have mold already, you shall only pay for  some extra costs of materials, like ordering new decals or some special requirements proposed by you, then we can make samples as your requirement.

-It normally depends on the genre of products, as long as we recieved your money of buying materials, then we will try our best to produce and send them to our customers as soon as possible.

-Yes. We can help explore products our customers require us to. Mind you that customers shall pay for creating a new mold, we are the manufacturer specializing in producing hardware products for almost 8 years, we have about 100 staff in our factory, most of them are experienced workers and we always keep a notion that " you design, we make it".

-We measure all the products by hand, and the gap can be normally 1-3cm. It is understandable to have deviation as for products measured by manual measurement.

8.Where do the products you sell to and to whom they are being sold to?

-Most of our products are exported, including the UK, United States, France, Germany ,Southeast Asia, etc..Our final buyers include household names, like Next, Tesco, Wal-mart, Hobby Lobby, etc.. Also, we have passed  facotory inspection like Sedex, BSCI, ISO9001, etc..
