No, we only do OEM orders, even for open mold design, we need to re-produce.

Q5: How should I start with a OEM design( customized design)?

You need to give us a design or a real sample, then we offer to you.

Q6: What’s you need to make a new mold for OEM design?

You need to give us 2D/3D file or real sample to mold making.
Also we can create a 3D file for you, you need to provide the rough shape and size information.

Q7: What’s format file you need for customized design?

For mold: PDF, STP, IGS, DWG, CRD .
For printing: PSD, PDF, AI .

Q8: What’s information you need to have a quotation?

Your items’ height, diameter, weight, material, packaging details, LOGO printing file.

Q9: How long will you make a mold?

About 15 days for display mold.

Q10: How much for a sample making in OEM design?

We only charge for OEM design mold and sample making cost for first sample.
If you need printing, then we will charge the printing sample cost.
Sample time is 5days including printing.
