Q: How to pay sample and express charges?
A: For express charges ,you can pay to our company account directly, For those customer who has express account, we will send the samples by freight collected . if customers need samples, we will charge the cost first , once they place orders ,we will return a part cost to their account .

Q: How do you control the quality ?
A: We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance to the standards,At the same time ,we will take photos and shoot video for you.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Usually,we accept T/T ,we prefer 30% in advance ,70%against the copy of Western Union.

Q: What about lead or shipping time?
A: The lead time depends on quantity you ordered ,but generally within 40-50 days upon receipt of advance payment.

Q: How long does it take for me to get the quotation.

A: For customized products, we will quote after you provide the requested product detailes within 48 hours beacuse we need the time to calculate cost, but we will quote the soonest possible. for our standard product posted here we can quote in 24 hours.
