ABOUT PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Frame: The structure of all our woven furniture is made from fully welded, powder-coated aluminium frames. The aluminium tubes we use have a wall thickness from 1.5 mm to provide maximum strength and a lightweight frame. Once a frame has been covered in its woven skin the furniture becomes even stronger. The aluminium frames are electrostatically powder coated to prevent them from oxidisation, the finish is invisible once it has been woven over.
- Wicker: We guarantee our products to withstand all harsh weather conditions far better than other furniture materials. These synthetic rattan is made of fully-dyed high quality synthetic high density polyethylene. It is UV-treated. Its main characteristics are: UV Proof, Weather Proof, 100% Recyclable, Fully-Dyed.
- Weaving: The whole weaving process is done by hand. The time it took to weave a furniture set is around 2-3 days, the weaver most maintain concentration and accuracy to enable a strong products.Our weavers are highly skilled. They use their traditional experience with natural materials and apply their skills to using the modern man-made wickers.
Our wicker furniture is hand-wrapped in PE bag, hand-packed on the feet and not on the sides, and shipped by our own fleet of trucks. We want to make sure that it reaches your warehouse in the same condition as when it left our warehouse.
Products are packaged with export standard:
- Brown paper and corrugated carton paper
- Cushions are Packed in a PE bag.
- Fittings are packed nicely in a PE bag.
- Inner with soft plastic/pearly foam protect
- Outer with hard carton paper/carton box
