Yes, the package can do according to your artwork.
Furthermore, our own Design Department can help make and adjust the design free for you.
-- Question 2: Can I have the high resolution photos to display on my own website?
Answer:
Yes, we can offer you the high resolution photos without watermarks.
In addition, we can help to add your logo.
-- Question 3: Can I get samples before order?
Answer:
Yes.
It may cost you $50 - 100 for the sample (courier charge is not included).
And the sample charge will be refunded in your first order with us.
-- Question 4: How can I track my order?
Answer:
We will update the order process to you by email or by Trade Manager/ WhatsApp / WeChat.
-- Question 5: How about the product quality control?
Answer:
Step 1--The qualified sample will be sent to you for confirmation (if needed)
Step 2--Compare the sample with the pre-production sample or the pictures we offered to you
to make sure everything is correct.
Step 3--Our QC team will do the inspection during the production.
Step 4--Do the final inspection when production be finished. The inspection report and pictures
will be sent to you for confirmation.
-- Question 6: What's the lead time?
Answer:
Generally speaking, it takes us 2-3 weeks to prepare the goods.
But it takes about 3-5days to make the booking, send the goods to warehouse and waiting for the vessel to be sailed.
These days are not included in the mass production time. Please understanding.
-- Question 7: Can you help me arrange the shipment?
Answer:
Yes, of course.
We have our own logistic company, and can help you arrange the shipment to save your cost and energy.

Answer:
We will keep sending you our latest items every month.
