1. Can you make customized products?
Yes, we can make the products according to customer's request including shape, size, color, logo
and other specifics.
3. What is the minimum order quantity you want?
Generally speaking, there is no limit for the minimum order quantity. The minimum order quantity
subjects to the demand of our clients. The larger the quantity, the cheaper they will be.
4. What is your principle for the samples?
We can deliver common samples if customers are willing to pay the freight. If samples are made
according to customers’ needs, we will ask for the samples fees unless we receive the order from
you. The laser inner sculpture needs extra charge.
5. How long will it last before delivery?
Regularly, the products ordered can be delivered in one week, even can be delivered earlier before
the deadline in trems of some gifts with small quantity and less complicated crafts. For urgent orders,
we can negotiate delivery time but some extra expenses should be paid.
