Q.1: What is color changing mug?
A.1: Color changing mug is the mug which changes color. It is temperature sensor. When you pour hot coffee / tea or icy cold beverage, the design on the surface of mug will be changed to another. Bring the amazing surprise to people, so we also call it magic mug.
Q.2: What temperature that mug will be changed?
A.2: Usually, for the hot color changing mugs, when the temperature above 45 degree, the design will be changed; For the cold color changing mugs, when the temperature below 17 degree or 13 degree, the design will be changed.

Q.4: How to design the hot or cold color changing artwork ?
A.4: Hot changing design should be changed from dark color to light by pouring hot water. So before changing , the magic layer should be black/ dark green/ dark blue/ dark brown etc. red or purple color are also ok, but can't cover the hot design completely (No limitation to the hot design). Cold changing design should be changed from light color to dark by pouring cold water.
Q.5: What should we pay more attention when we use the color changing mugs ?
A.5: Not suitable for dishwasher and microwave
Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight or dipping the mug in water for long time
Do not scratch the mug with metals or other hard substances
Q.5: Whether the Color changing mug is poisonous?
A.5: When the blank mug, color changing materials, and auxiliary materials, manufacturers has been fully considered? Whether these materials are passed the inspection of SGS, and ITS, or other Testing on the detection? answer is Yes, no harm to us, non-toxic processed into color changing mug. Also tested according to food containers acetate soak test, non-toxic, lead-free, chrome-free, achieved European standards and FDA standard, though everyone be at ease use. Q.6: How long of the color changing effect can keep?
A.6: - For hot changing mugs, when the water become to cold which is lower to 45 degree, the design will go back as before.
- For cold changing mugs, when the water become hot which is over 17 degree, the design will go back as before.
Q.7: What is the difference of ceramic and porcelain ? How to distinguish them ?
A.7: - The mug fired in the oven at about 1100 degree called ceramic. All the color glazed mug belongs to ceramic mug.
- The mug fired in the oven at about 1300 degree called porcelain. The porcelain mug usually is in white color.
- The white mug color is a little darker compare to porcelain mug , also heavier and thicker.
