Metal working solutions for various sheet metal parts:
CNC laser/turret/press brake fabrication of mild steel, stainless, copper and aluminum sheet metal of up to 3.0mm thickness
Our turret can process sheets up to 1,250 x 2,500mm
We also offer weld assemblies, along with local powder coating services if required
Our management team have an averages of 10 years of experience in OEM metal fabrication
Our factory has hardware room, painting room and installing room, totally five independent workshops with more than 50, 000 square meters. We have over 500 workers and a design team.
About equipment:
Hardware room: Standard punching machines, bending machines, cutting machines, welding machines, polishing machines and wire cutting machines
Painting room: Dust-free spray lacquers and baking varnish machines, rough drying machines and polishing machines
About staff members:
Our factory has design department, production department, business department and QC department. International business department has foreign trade sales persons to deal with all customers' requirements, such as inquiry, following up orders, production process feedback and after-sales services.
Before packing, we will check strictly under the quality control department according to the order content and we have a full set of documentary following procedure and standard. We can give some better suggestions to our customers according to the sketch by professional material structure analysis person.
