1./Why we charge you 3 times samples fee?

Most of our products are customized according to customers' draft and detail requirement. They ask for making sample for confirm first. Therefore, we need to charge you 3 times sample fee fist. After you make a big order, we will refund 2 times sample fee to you.

2.Why our delivery time usually is20~30 working days?

This is the metal fabrication normal time. Because we haven't many products in stock.

3.Why most of our products are not in stock?

Most of our products are customized ,and we have making a non-disclosure agreement with our customers. We can't sell the same products to other customers any more. Therefore, after delivery we just left several samples for display.

4.Why we need customers supply us their own sizes, products material and draft?

Metal Fabrication involved in different metal plates thickness, prices, processing scope of our machine etc. We need to count the cost accurately then quote to you
