2.If we don't find what we need on your website, what should we do?
You could send us an image or artwork of the products needed via email, then we will check if we have had the
same mould. As we develop new items every month, and some of them may not yet be updated to online links.
Or you are supposed to deliver the sample to us then we develop the new models especially for you.
3.Can we get your catalogue?
More than thousands of SKUs here. Please inform the interested items, so the photo quotation will be offered
for your reference.
4.It is the first time we want to buy from China, how can we get the idea that I choose the proper
items?
Please send us the interested items, and we will give some suggestion meeting your market.
5.Could you send me some samples?
(1)Free samples offered for your reference, but freight collect;
(2)Customized samples cost to be confirmed.
6.Own designs of the products?
Yes, we could do that for you, please show your designs, and we will do the artwork for you in 24 hours.
7.What's your Delivery Time?
Normally in 35 days after pre-production sample approval. But in BTS season, it would last to 45 days. We will
make the delivery ASAP with the guaranteed quality.
8.What is the convenient way to pay?
T/T, L/C are accepted, and if you have a better idea, please feel free to share with us.
9.Which transport should choose?
In general, by air or courier. But you might choose the most convenient at your side.
10.How to solve the problem if we receive the default items?
We only handle with high quality products. We seldom meet complaints. We will take the response if it was our
fault.
