Main functions and features:

A. Simple Operating & Economical Running Cost

The full automatic Veneer Core Builder is specialized in cutting and jointing the mono plate veneer 

from 1.2mm to 4.0mm and simple operating by one worker, which from in feed conveyor, electronic

 veneer thickness detector, cutting and jointing by hot melt glue to desired 4'*8' or 3'*6' and loading 

to automatic stacker. That all processes are operating by one perfect Veneer Core Builder.

B. Accurate Thickness Control

Uniform thickness is indispensable for high quality core veneers, Thickness detection on 

Chrome-Coated roll assures very accurate thickness control all the time using NC electronic

 thickness detector to reduce odd core veneer to minimum wasting 1mm to 5mm from edges 

or flaw and the mono plate over 80mm is available for use.

C. Hot Melt Edge - Gluing Applicator

Hot melt edge-gluing and glue-coated string applications enable to diminish production cost.

D. Automatic Stacker System

Automatic stacker by the upper belts and bottom rolls for conveying on fixed position so that it 

can keep the plates neat by fare and after sides, fast and quiet to operate.

E. Servo Drive System

There are two cooling rolls pressing to make fast cooling for the Glue-coated string after it was 

spread with hot melting glue and prevent the plates from adhered at the string commenting spats, 

and servo drive system is used to make it start simultaneously on both end that can assure the 

single plates are put together precisely (can reduce superimposing) and their seams cam be 

adjustable for 0 - 1.5mm by the plate thickness.

Veneer Splicing Process 

I. Core Veneer Joint

1. After tenderized using PLC controller to cut the edge, joint the core and piece cutting.

2. After the core has been tenderized. The strong blower device can remove the dust one the core 

veneer.

3. The PLC controller enables cutting more precise, it can available reduce the odd core. It helps 

control, monitor and maintenance more convenient.

4. The back-feeding wheel device is synchronizing with feeding speed, to avoid overlap or gap of 

the jointing core.

5. It is equipped with hot melt glue yarn for help jointing. Cooling water tank of glue yarn is circle 

well by the cooler. It gets the best joint.

II. Stacker

Composed veneer after cutting, clearing dust, received by stacker.

1. In front of stacker, there is a strong blower to clear dust and clip for after stacking the core can 

be send to glue spread process directly.

2. The mid pressing bar and the side stacking wheel rack can be moved free for easy adjustment 

in the dimension easy to collection.
