Made from virgin PET(polyester) chips,the continuous filament was extruded from PET chip by machine directly by spunbond process,and then punch together to get the stable 3D with higher strength fabric.
The production processes include melt spinning, air lay, and needle punching and binding. So it has high strength,good creep property excellent and erosion resistance,aging-resistance and heat resistance.
The material don't contain chemical additives, also without heat treatment, is environmentally friendly building materials. It can replace the traditional engineering materials and construction methods, construction is more secure , and contribute to environmental protection, can be more economic, effective , durable to solve basic problems in engineering construction.
