CHARACTERISTIC:
Drainage ability strong, can withstand the high load for a long time, high tensile strength and shear strength, reduce the risk of geotextiles embedded into the core, can maintain long-term stability of the hydraulic conductivity, three-dimensional composite drainage network can bear greater than 2000 kpa compression loads, far more than ordinary pressure capacity of the drainage network
FUNCTION:
1.Laid between foundation and subbottom, is used to discharge hydrops between foundation and subbottom ,blocking the capillary water and effwctively combined into the edge drainage system. This structure automatically, shortens the foundation drainage, drainage time significantly shorter, and can make the decrease in the number of the use of material selection of foundation (can be used with more fine material, low permeability of materials). Can prolong the service life of road.
2.In thesubbase laying drainage network that can prevent the subbase fine material into foundation layer. (i.e., plays the role of separation). Aggregate base will be into the upper parts of geonet in a limited degree. In this way, composite drainage net has a potential function which limit the qggreate base lateral movement. In this way, its function is similar to the reforcement effect of geogrid. In general , composite geo drainage net’s tensile strength and rigidity is better than many used in foundation reinforcement of geogrids, this restriction will improve the supporting ability of the foundation.
3.After road aging, crack formation, most of the rain will enter the sections. In this case, the drainage network direct laid in the pavement, instead of the drainage of foundation. Before the water into the foundation / subbase, drainage can be the first collection. And can also be a layer of geomembrane on the drainage network low-end package, prevent mosisture from entering the foundation further,For the rigid road system, this structure allows the drainage coefficient Cd to design road. Another advantage of this structure is likely to make concrete more evenly hydrated(degree of this structure of the ongoing).
