1. Is your painting hand painted it?

Yes, our painting are 100% handmade by our professional artists.  

2.  Can you paint from my own images?

Yes, we can paint most styles, but still we prefer you can show me photos or links to double check            

3. What kind of paintings can you make?

Our company have been in art business over ten years, now we are good at modern art and impression art, we have a lot such talent artists work with us.            

4. Do you provide free samples?

Normally speaking, yes, but the charges of shipping will be paid by the customer.    

5. For wholesale,  what's your MOQ?

Normally for each picture our MOQ is 1pcs

6. What if my painting is damaged during shipping?

In the very rare case that your painting arrives damaged, Please refuse the delivery so we can receive the package back from the shiping company and claim the insurance funds. We will then paint a new painting for you and will ship it to you within 10 days.

7. How can you control your quality to be sure the quality like the picture we see on your website?

For wholesale, we will make samples for you to confirm, after you confirmed the sample, then we can begin to mass reproduction. And also our professional artists will check the painting one by one to be sure all of them keep the same. For small quantity order we will send you the digital pictures to confirm the quality, till you are satisfied with it, we will ship it.           

8. What kind of payment method do you accept?

9.Can you arrange the shipment for us?
