Q1: How many kinds of weaving rattan products in your company?
We have Garden sofa , Indoor sofa ,Beach sun bed , Dining sets .
Q2: What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 1*40HQ, spell at most three items and colors in it
If it is a trial order, one color and one item, 1*20GP is ok.
Q3: How long will you finish 1*40 HQ ?
After we receiving deposit , about 35 days .
If trial order about 25 days .
Q4: What is your payment term?
30% T/T and balance 70% against the B/l , 100% T/T in advance for the sample order.
Q5: Do you have after-sales service?
Yes, we have our own professional after-sales service team, will be in Beijing time before 8 a.m. to 11 PM are always at your service
Q6: Whether to accept the customer provide the style?
We can according to customer's order quantity decision, whether to open mold production
Q7: Can I provide rattan and fabric color to product ?
Of cause , We accept customers' own sample color
Q8:How to clean ?
Because the material is aluminum tube, cleaning rattan can wash with water, then dry cloth, cushion when cleaning the cloth to take down, in a washing machine washing to dry, simple and convenient.
Q9: If can leave rattan furniture outside all the year round ?
Cushions should be stored for the winter in climates exposed to snow and freezing temperatures. Cushions should be cleaned and allowed to air dry before placing into storage. Always store cushions in a dry, well ventilated area.
