High tenacity monofilament Polypropylene Fiber/PP fiber 3-19mm for concrete reinforcement
Polypropylene fiber is made of polypropylene particles by continuous hot extrusion processing. Due to destaticization and anti-ultraviolet treatment, it well-proportioned disperse in mortar and could function for a long time. According to different constucton part and different area, it mixed amount will be different, the mixed amount should be more when used in stronger impacting part and cold part.
FEATURE:
1. Easy to be dispersed in mortar or concrete and no agglomeration, it can guarantee the property of crack resistance effectively
2. Easy to be used: No need to change the proportion of mortar, just put the fibers into the mortar mixture and stir for a moment after adding water.
3. It with fine economic property: The equivalent diameter of PP monofilament is only φ 0.03mm, so the ratio of diameter and surface area is high and on the basis of crack resistance, it can reduce the amount (to about 0.6kg/m 3 ).
4. Easy to plaster: As the great number of thin fibers spread into mortar evenly, the plastering is much easily and this can improve the binding strength between surface and base.
5. It with stable chemical property, strong acid &alkali resistance, and can be used in any engineering projects.

FUNCTION:
Resist to shrink & crack

Application:
1,Improve the cracking resistance of mortar;
2, Improve the proof impermeability of mortar;
3,Improve shock resistance&seismic capacity.
4.Improve the bending strength, chemical resistance and alkali resistance of the final products.
5.In high class road construction, by using the fiber the tensile strength and tensile stress can be improved significantly.
6.To be anti-cracking material for concrete/mortar. By mixing with concrete/mortar not only the tensile strength of concrete is improved but the internal cracks of concrete are reduced and further development of micro-cracks is restrained.
7.The bundled uncut fiber can be used to replace rebar in application of water conservancy projects.
8.To be the reinforcement material of plastic products in applications of anti-explosive helmets.
9.To be the reinforcement material for rubber products and to produce conveyer belt, fire hose and woven hose.

The products should be stock indoor where is dry& well-ventilated, and prevent humid,avoid sun exposure.
When the fiber is put into the concrete, the horizontal structure in fiber monofilament can be destroyed in the course of stirring owing to friction and rubbing, and the fiber monofilament or net-like structure will fully stretch, thus the concrete is reinforced by a great number of polypropylene fibers.
