Product Description:
Viscose staple fiber was discovered in 1891 by English scientists, Cross and Bevan.
It was heralded as the new fibre to replace silk and is sometimes called artificial silk.
This VISCOSE fibre has been produced widely all over the world, usually in countries which have a plentiful supply of trees, as it is this which provides the raw material for the fibre.
The raw material is actually wood pulp, but also short cotton fibre, unusable for spinning, is also a raw material. The first commercial production in America was opened in 1910 by the American Viscose Company and the fibre became known as viscose rayon, with other producers following suit.

1.The color of viscose fiber can be maintained for a long time, it won't fade in the regular environment and it washes well and bear friction and sunshine well too. Past the test of the SGS, the color fastness reaches grade 4 to 5, some indices exceed the grade 5.
2. Use the environmental pigments and colorant as the raw materials, containing no chlorine, heavy metal, formaldehyde and the prohibited azo. The viscose fiber itself is the cellulosic fiber; therefore, the product is very environmental.
3. The colored wastewater flow rate is less than or equal to 1 ton, which is far below the waste water that produced in the dyeing process of the fiber and yarn. In nowadays’environmental trend, it has a bright social and economic prospect.
1.2D/1.3D/1.5Dx38mm Viscose fiber is for spinning, while 2D-5D Viscose fiber is for non woven purposes.
Rayon fiber is used in a wide range of applications including textiles and nonwoven products.
