Q1: What is your terms of payment?

A:Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% deposit before producing and the balance paid before/against delivery.

Q2:What is your delivery time?

A:The time of delivery is 7-15 days after order and deposit confirmed.

Q3:What is the shipping port ?

A:We ship the products from FUZHOU or Xiamen port.

Q4: How to get a sample?

A: For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only need to pay express freight. For new customers, we will charge 50% higher then the unit price as sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also.

Q5: How to pay express charges if order samples?

A:For regular customers, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT,UPS account can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.

Q6: How to pay sample charges?

A: You can pay to our company account or Western Union. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The prepare time for sample will be 3-7 working days .
