1. Can you make my customized designed products?
Yes, just tell us the pattern design, color, logo and others.
2. How to know the item price?
If the items showing on our website, please just tell us the item no. Or send back the photo tell with your quantity, we will give you the best price.
If you need to make your own designs please tell us the following information
1) The size ,color,logo,etc.(it’s better to offer us the drawings, samples or detailed product photos).
2) Order quantity
3) your contact details.
3. What ‘s the MOQ?
1) Normally, If the items are in stock,there is no MOQ. The quantity is according to the clients requires.
2) If there is no stock,the general MOQ are in big difference due to the different products. But the quantity still can be negotiated .
4. What is your principle for the samples?
1)We can offer current samples for you free if you are willing to pay the shipping cost.
2)If samples are made according to customers’ special requires, we will ask for the samples fees .If we get an order from you ,we will consider if we can refund the sample fee to you.
5. Normally, how long will the order takes before delivery?
In general ,35 days is enough after your order to deliver your goods. But for some items with small quantity and simple process, it can be delivered earlier before the deadline. If customers need urgent orders, we can negotiate with the time for delivery but need you to pay some extra expenses.
6. What is the common ways for shipping ?
1)Normally, we send samples by express,
If total weight is less than 100kg, we suggest that choose express.( door to door)
If total weight is 100kg to 200kg, we suggest that choose air shipping.( Airport to airport )
2) But for the buck orders, we suggest that choose sea shipping.
But if your time is urgent, we could discuss together, choose the best.
7. Which payment can be acceptable? and how to do it?
We could accept the payment by L/C, T/T, Western Union . For the sample fee, customer should pay the full. For the buck order, you should pay 30% deposit at least, the balance balance against B/L copy . When the customer make the payment, may there is a little bank charge, please aware this and please send us the bank slips after you done the payment ,thank you .
