 Q1:Can I have a sample for testing? 

A:  Yes,  sample needs 7-10 days, and will be charged double- even triple fee since sometimes we have to create a mold to made a sample, if you have order with us afterwards,
Q3: Do you have the sample fee will be returned.

Q2: Can I add my logo on the product? 
A:Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us,but you should provide us the Trademark authorization letter to us.

A:   Yes , 100% of products will be inspected before packing.

        Step1: 100% inspection on all raw material.
       Step2:  Semi -finished-inspection

       Step3: 100% inspection before shipping 

Q4: Can we ship our goods by using smaller container ?
A: Yes, you can have but the goods ordered need to meet our mini order qty, we can do customization for your special needs.

Q5:Can I have a visit to your factory before the order?
A:Sure, you are very welcome to visit our factory.
