We have various material options. We have solid wood like beech wood, pine wood, poplar wood and paulownia wood. For plywood, we have poplar plywood, pine plywood, paulownia plywood and birch veneer. Of all our solid wood, paulownia wood is the cheapest and pine wood is most commonly seen and used.
We can make logos by 3 ways, silkscreen printing, heat-steamp and laser engraving. Silkscreen method can acheive colourful effect and is most frequently used. Laser engraved and heat-steamped logo is in brown colour.
There are 4 standard colour treatment mehods, including Color painting(lacquering), Clear varnish, Flame-burning(light&heavy) and Staining(dyeing). Painting and clear varnish looks shinning, smooth, good-looking and high quality. Flame-burining and staining is used to make the shabby chic effect and make products look antique.
1. When could I get the quotation? |
Our working time is 8:30~12:00a.m, 13:30~18:00 from Monday to Friday. The email will be replied within 24 hours after we get the inquiry. |
2. How many details should I give you for what I want? |
We need the material, quantity, size, colors and other special requirements. |
3. Can you do the design for us? |
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry them out. It doesn’t matter if you do not have completed files, send us high resolution images, your logo and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will finish files and confirm it with you. |
4. Do you have a factory? |
Company wholly owned factory can produce all kinds of wooden crafts and furniture. |
5. Can I get a sample from you? |
After the product details have been confirmed, you can ask for samples. Normally small samples are free. Even charged for large numbers of samples, it will be fully returned after order placed. |
6. How long can I expect to get the sample? |
3-5working days. |
7. What about the lead time for normal products? |
About 35-45 days for full container qty. |
8.What’s your payment term? |
30% deposit in advance by T/T, balance 70% against copy of B/L. |
